Terms & Conditions
Happi Body Co is a small batch company. Batches are made monthly rather than stored in large quantities in a warehouse. If your product is in stock it will be processed within 2-5 days.
Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale, it cannot be 100% guaranteed. By acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered unless we have it in stock. In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and will await your subsequent instructions.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 2 to 5 days. Normal postal lead times is 3- 5 days in the UK but please allow a little longer in case of situations outside of our control. Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your items.
We will always do the best to inform you about any delay. We typically use Royal Mail for deliveries but are seeking a more environmentally friendly carrier, so this might change in the future.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your items but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return a product due to it being faulty or damaged.
If this happens, let us know by emailing email@example.com within 48hrs of receiving the item, stating your order number. You have the right to then return the faulty or damaged items within ten working days of delivery and we will give you a free exchange guarantee if the faulty item is successfully returned and received within the ten working days.You must use a paid for tracking service to return faulty or damaged items. Shipping costs will be reimbursed once received.
Losses through the postal service are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your item isn't received.
Sometimes, we all buy products that simply don't suit us. Whilst we are confident you will love Happi Body Co natural products, we can't guarantee that you will. At this time, we are not in a position to offer a money back guarantee or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged.
I know your privacy is important and I promise to respect it and not do anything with it other than what I'd be happy to have done with my own data. That said, the info below is necessary to be upfront with.
What do I do with your information?
When you purchase something from Happi Body Co, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, postal address and email address.
If you sign up to the newsletter, I may send you emails about products, new products and other updates. I use MailChimp for my email marketing, and you can opt out at any time by following the links in the emails.
I use Shopify Inc to offer and sell you my products, they provide the online platform.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. You can find out more details at shopify.com. As part of having a shopify website there are certain apps, as included in the shopify platform, that are used to collect your feedback on your product purchase.
I don't collect or store your payment details. I leave that to Shopify Inc or Paypal (your choice of payment gateway) who will collect and store your data only to provide the service you require. I never see your payment data.
QUALITY - ALLERGENS & SENSITIVITIES
Skincare is a very personal choice. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity please contact email@example.com before placing any orders. This way we can endeavour to help you in advance. We cannot refund items that don't suit you due to sensitivity or allergy. Please discontinue use if you experience any skin discomfort or irritation.
